Victoria is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (LPCA) in the state of Kentucky. She is trained and qualified to provide mental health counseling services under direct supervision of Melissa Austin, LPCC.  She received her Bachelor’s of Science (majoring in Psychology and minoring in Child and Family Studies) and Master’s of Arts (Clinical Mental Health Counseling) from Eastern Kentucky University. She has experience working in a variety of settings including pediatric therapy clinics, therapeutic recreation services, and outpatient counseling.

Victoria utilizes a person-centered approach that focuses on providing the client a genuine, positive, and empathic regard. She believes each person is capable of change and should be actively involved in their therapeutic process. She aims to support her clients and meet them where they are in their journey. Her goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where growth is fostered. Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or have had previous experiences, she is committed to helping you feel comfortable and empowered throughout the process.

Victoria has experience working with a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, ODD, self-harm, and general mental health issues. She specializes in counseling children (ages 6 and older), adolescents, and young adults, but has worked with people of all ages. She looks forward to meeting and working with you. Victoria is able accept most Medicaid plans.
