Hello. My name is Paul Dalton, and I opened the Lexington counseling offices to assist people just like you. The goal was to create a caring, helping environment with excellent mental health professionals. Our success in helping people has surpassed our wildest dreams. We have invested to add offices in Frankfort and Richmond. Everyone should be able to access high quality, professional counseling services in their own community. My hope is that we have made this easier for you and the people you care about.
All of our locations make available several types of individual, family and relationship counselors so that we may offer everyone in Central Kentucky the kind of assistance they deserve. Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner can help with psychiatry and medication management if you decide that is what is best. We believe in solution-focused therapy, helping you right where you are and providing counseling and or psychiatric services we can be proud of and that our clients will highly recommend to their friends and families.
Our counselors have worked with thousands of individuals, teenagers and families in Kentucky. Services
Our behavioral health professionals provide individual counseling, family counseling, relationship counseling, marriage counseling, adolescent counseling, child counseling, and adult counseling.
Our services include assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues by a trained counselor. We have several licensed professional counselors and licensed clinical social workers in Lexington, Richmond, and Frankfort, Kentucky. The counseling services we provide are equivalent to marital therapy, individual therapy, adolescent therapy and child therapy.
We take every major health insurance and EAP plan in Kentucky. We also accept self-pay clients and take cash, check and MasterCard or Visa for payments.
