Crystal Humphries is a dual board-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has over 21 years experience working as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner in both inpatient and outpatient care settings. 

She earned her associates degree in nursing from the University of Kentucky, her bachelors degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix, her master's degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, and her psychiatric mental health post-master's certification from Maryville University. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association. 

She works with adolescents and adults, ages 12 and older, and specializes in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of mental health disorders.
