Jennifer E. Townsend, LCSW

 

Jennifer E. Townsend, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) graduated from Georgetown College with her BA in Psychology in 2001 and  the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville in 2005. Since receiving her MSSW (Master of Science in Social Work) she has been providing counseling and therapy to couples, families, and individuals.

Jennifer has training in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy). Jennifer has a variety of experience in different settings such as EAP (Employee Assistance Counseling), Community Mental Health, as well as in the hospital setting. In these settings Jennifer has had experience with trauma, family issues, work difficulties, depression, anxiety, and abuse.
